Newbury Plumbing is a licensed plumbing and gas fitting business based in Seaham, New South Wales, licence 455927C. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Newbury Plumbing.

When you contact us or request a quote, we may collect:

• Your phone number and email address
• Your suburb, and the address of the job when you book work
• Details about the plumbing problem or work you need done
• Photos or video you choose to send us about the job

We only collect what we need to quote and carry out the work. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we collect it

We collect information when you:

• Fill in a quote form on this website or on one of our landing pages
• Fill in a lead form in one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram
• Call, text or email us
• Talk to us on site

Why we use it

We use your information to:

• Contact you about your enquiry and give you a quote
• Carry out and invoice the work
• Keep records of work done at a property, including camera footage of drains
• Meet our obligations as a licensed plumber and gas fitter

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where we need to:

• With The Agency Alternative, who run our advertising and website and pass enquiries through to us
• With advertising and hosting platforms, including Google and Meta, where you submitted an enquiry through one of their forms
• With suppliers or trades where that is necessary to complete your job
• Where we are required or permitted to by law

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled appropriately when that happens.

This website and our landing pages use cookies and analytics to understand how people find and use the site, and to measure how our advertising performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
